These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, online learning platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Qrioz Trading Institute ("Qrioz", "we", "us", "our"), operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

Qrioz Trading Institute operates the Service from Dubai, UAE. You can reach us at support@qrioztradinginstitute.com.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you have the legal capacity to do so. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Account & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Course access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share your account with any other person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of Qrioz or any third party.
  • Send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Interfere with or attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of the Service.
  • Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell course content without our written consent.
  • Share your account or course access with any other person.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, software, branding, and documentation made available through the Service are owned by Qrioz Trading Institute or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course materials for your own learning, within the plan you have purchased. No other rights are granted.

6. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. This means that Paddle collects payment, issues invoices, charges applicable taxes, and processes refunds on our behalf. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Course access is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the enrolled course, unless stated otherwise on the enrolment page. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.

7. Enrolment & access activation

Access to the full course is granted automatically after Paddle confirms your payment. In the rare case a payment is arranged offline, our admin team will manually activate your access. We may refuse or revoke enrolment where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms; in such cases a refund will be handled in line with the Refund Policy. If a refund or chargeback is issued for your order, your access to paid course content will be revoked automatically.

8. Educational content disclaimer

The Service provides educational content about financial markets and trading. It is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor is it a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

10. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qrioz's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Qrioz harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your right to access the Service ends.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
